SHIPPING POLICY
RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
  • Orders received till midnight on Mondays & Thursdays will be processed & delivered as per the weekly delivery schedule.

  • Weekly deliveries are scheduled for Wednesdays 3-6pm (Chandigarh only) and Saturdays 3-6pm (entire Tricity).

  • Pick-ups are available on Wednesdays & Saturdays 3pm onwards.

  • Late Orders will be automatically postponed to the next available delivery day.

  • Free Delivery above ₹999 in Chandigarh, Panchkula & Mohali. Location based delivery charges (₹48 to ₹98) are applicable below this amount.

  • Free delivery above ₹1999 in Zirakpur, Dhakoli, AeroCity, EcoCity & Kharar. Location based delivery charges (₹118 to ₹148) are applicable below this amount.

  • OTP based verification maybe required at the time of home delivery. You will receive the OTP on the mobile number you have registered with COFM.

  • ​All contents of online orders are sorted & inspected twice before packing/ delivery. Still, for the very rare occasion when a quality related issue may arise, please

 

  • ​Due to nature of fresh perishables & dry groceries with no chemical treatments/preservatives there are specific timelines within which you must inform us about any quality related issues. These timelines are:

    • Fresh fruits, vegetables, leafy greens, dairy products, sweets - within 24 hours of delivery.

    • Dry Groceries, Dals/Lentils, Flours, Cereal Grains, Sweeteners, Oils, Spices, baked items - within 7 days of delivery.

  • Pictures of the product (fruit, vegetable, grocery item etc.) are mandatory for Returns/Refunds.

  • Kindly do not throw away the product if you would prefer a refund for the same (i.e. please keep the product till a reverse pickup/ replacement/ refund is arranged).

  • Return and/or Exchange will be arranged within 1-3 business days. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.
